The Seoul Business Agency (SBA) announced on the 21st that, together with supported companies, it held a social responsibility event called “Beautiful Fridays” on the 10th at the Beautiful Store charity shop in the Gangseo-Hwagok district.
“Beautiful Fridays” is a charitable event held for the third time, organized in cooperation with the nonprofit organization Beautiful Store, which focuses on donating and reusing goods. During the event, SBA partner companies and employees personally donated items, which were then sold, with all proceeds going to charity.
This year, 26 companies participated in the event, selected from various SBA support programs for startups, content companies, G-Valley residents, R&D, and sales channel development. A total of 6,329 items were donated. SBA employees contributed by donating 562 personal items.
Among the donating companies were: Changha Co., Ltd., SNJ Co., Ltd., Ease & Tree, Heartface Co., Ltd., Gosen Korea Co., Ltd., Hyunjin CNT Co., Ltd., Merry Monde, Easy Powder Co., Ltd., Reviresco Co., Ltd., Tactoon Enterprise Co., Ltd., Uso Co., Ltd., Crispy Co., Ltd., Anyjack Co., Ltd., SmartDongSchool, A1 Creation Co., Ltd., Eld Co., Ltd., Dunicov Co., Ltd., Gyeonggongbonga Co., Ltd., Pepe Co., Ltd., You’ve Got Pictures LLC, Brown Bag Coffee, Happy Monday Co., Ltd., Blue Leo Co., Ltd., Save & Co. SBA organized a special exhibition with company badges so visitors could easily learn about the companies’ visions and products. As a result, more than 800 items were sold during “Beautiful Fridays,” generating revenue twice the usual daily income of the Beautiful Store in Gangseo-Hwagok. All proceeds will be donated via Beautiful Store to support programs helping teens aging out of orphanages to live independently.
