On the 14th, SmartDongSchool (CEO Na Jun Gyu) participated in the special exhibition “Beautiful Day” held at the Beautiful Store Anguk Branch and donated 100 copies of the DotePlanner.

The exhibition featured 34 promising companies supported by the Seoul Business Agency (SBA).

“Beautiful Day” is a socially responsible project by Beautiful Store, where employees of participating companies and organizations collect donated items and sell them to the public, with the proceeds returned to the community.

This is the second joint special project between SBA and supported companies aimed at promoting good deeds through donations.

The DoteTimer app, designed to be used alongside DotePlanner, is a smartphone time management application. It allows users to earn coins for focused time, which can be exchanged to donate planners and notebooks to students from socially vulnerable groups.

DotePlanner and DoteTimer were recently launched in English-speaking countries as well as in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. In the second half of the year, they plan to enter the Japanese market through crowdfunding on the Makuake platform.

Researcher Cho Hon Hyun from SmartDongSchool stated, “From the very beginning, DotePlanner and DoteTimer were developed with the goal of giving back to society. We hope that through the charitable activities involving DotePlanner and DoteTimer, we can make even a small difference for our neighbors.”
