SmartDongSchool, an EdTech company, announced on December 13 its participation in the “Gwanghwamun Square Market 2022” event, taking place from December 19 to 31 in Seoul at Gwanghwamun Square. At this event, the company will showcase and sell its product “DotePlanner,” recognized as one of Seoul’s best products, at a special booth as one of the leading Hi-Seoul companies.
Additionally, the mobile app “DoteTimer,” the digital version of DotePlanner, will be advertised on ArirangTV World—a channel broadcasting in 103 countries—throughout December.
Organized by the Seoul Tourism Foundation, the event runs from December 19 to 31, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in the area between the King Sejong statue and Haechi Square.
DotePlanner is a functional daily planner featuring a dot grid system that facilitates easy indentation, drawing of shapes, and diagrams. In its time-scheduling tables, each dot represents a 10-minute interval, visualizing task progress similarly to an aircraft pilot’s dashboard and helping users achieve their goals. This product is expected to help boost productivity among Seoul residents during the New Year holiday season.
The DoteTimer app advertising on ArirangTV World will air from December 5 to 24, with a total of 100 broadcasts. The channel can be watched live on the Arirang TV website and YouTube, reaching audiences in 103 countries.
DoteTimer assists with time management and concentration, ranking 3rd in the Productivity category on the Korean Apple App Store, 1st in Google Play Turkey, and 4th in Taiwan. Recently, DoteTimer was integrated into the online training materials of the major German IT company SAP. Its features include time tracking, statistics, group functions, a journal, and a donation system. Group features allow users to focus on study and task completion through competition and collaboration with friends and colleagues.
Furthermore, SmartDongSchool plans to launch special study groups within DoteTimer for learners of English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other foreign languages, as well as for those preparing for various certifications.
